Christmas Party Notes

On Saturday December the 5th, the Triangle Ferret Lovers held their third annual holiday party at Jillian's in Raleigh. The twenty or so members present munched, socialized and played pool into the evening, and everyone had a great time. In addition to the fun and games, the members presented TriFL president Jim Dunn, with a lovely tie, complete with flashing lights. Our esteemed leader gave his thanks and a resounding, "Bah Humbug".

Another highlight of the evening was the ferret gift exchange. We all knew that in order for our ferrets to agree to staying home from the party we would have to bribe them with presents. Among the gifts was a cute "Ferret Crossing" sign, much needed slee p sacks and tubes of Furovite. Word is that the ferrets were so pleased with their loot, they didn't even notice that their families had been away.
