Annual Officer Elections
The 1998 TriFL Club Officer annual nominations will be held on Saturday, February 7th in Morrisville at our monthly social. Please nominate yourself or someone else to help lead the club through this bright new year. Voting will be conducted at the March 7th club social. If you are not currently a member, you are still welcome in joining us at our monthly social!
It is important to have club members attend and participate. We will not have a club if we don't have Officers (violates our Charter). If no ferret club = potentially no listserv, web site, or newsletter.
Let's band together to help our community understand proper ferret care, enjoy ferret gatherings and friendships, and help support Rogues' Gallery Ferret Shelter & Rescue. Previous Officers are available and willing to help the transition to the new volunteer.
Below is a description of the four Officer's roles within our non-profit organization:
PRESIDENT - Lead the meetings. This person will work closely with the other Officers and Committees addressing the needs of club members and the community.
VICE PRESIDENT - Fill in when President is unavailable. Work closely with the other Officers and coordinate between Committees to make sure objectives are being met.
TREASURER - Record club finances and handle bank account transactions.
SECRETARY - Take minutes of the meeting and relay old business from past meeting.
